Job Description:

The Pool Party Coordinator is a member of the Troop Committee responsible for organizing the annual Troop Pool Party in August.

Duties:

Plan and execute the annual Troop Pool Party

How To:

Each August the Troop holds a Pool Party to celebrate the end of the Scout Year. The Coordinator secures a location, guards, and snacks and drinks for the Troop. The party is typically held at Pinecrest Swim & Tennis Club or Fox Mill Swim and Tennis Club.

A $250 budget is approved for this event.
