Job Description:

The June Picnic Coordinator is a member of the Troop Committee who plans and conducts the annual Troop Picnic in June.

Duties:

Plan, purchase, and cook food for the Troop Picnic

How To:

Each June, the Troop conducts its annual picnic and Court of Honor. The Coordinator plans the menus, purchases the food and cooks the food at a location secured by the Coordinator.

The budget for this event is $650. Typical menu consists of burgers, hot dogs and chips.
