Troop 1530 Leadership

Troop 1530 implements the boy-led concept of troop leadership. With guidance, encouragement, and training from adult leaders the scouts plan and execute the program of the troop through their patrols. Scouts function in patrols of 6 - 8 boys and learn self-sufficiency and independence while working with other boys in their patrol and troop.
